What to Expect

How the Consultation Works

No pressure, no jargon — three straightforward steps.

1

Tell Us What Happened

Share the basics about your solar deal, your financing, or your billing dispute. It takes a few minutes, and it’s confidential.

2

We Review Your Documents

Contracts, loan paperwork, texts with the sales rep, and utility bills from before and after installation.

3

You Get Clear Answers

We walk you through whether you have a claim, what recourse looks like, and what the next step is.

Before You Book

Before You Book
A Few Answers

If your question isn’t here, ask it on the call — that’s what the hour is for.

What does the consultation cost?

The hour is a flat fee, and the exact amount is shown in the booking calendar before you confirm anything. That’s all you pay for the conversation. There’s no obligation to hire us, and if we take your case we’ll explain exactly how fees would work before you decide anything.

What if I already signed everything?

Signing doesn’t end your rights. Many claims turn on what you were told before you signed, and on whether the financing terms were properly disclosed.

Do I have to come to your office?

No. Most consultations happen by phone or video. Our office is in Jupiter, Florida if you prefer to meet in person.

How long do I have to act?

Deadlines vary by claim type, and some are shorter than homeowners expect. If you think something went wrong, it’s worth asking sooner rather than later.

Will you tell me if I don’t have a case?

Yes, plainly. An honest read is more useful to you than an optimistic one.
